Please, help to end torture of a political prisoner, social activist and dissident in Germany

Liberty, Justice And Medical Health Care for Bruno Schillinger

Dear Madam, dear Sir

To Whom It May Concern

Bruno Schillinger (50) is a German victim of torture, political prisoner, social activist and dissident. He has taken in all areas all possible action to prevent the current state of unemployment in Germany as a disabled person.

Bruno Schillinger needs your urgent support now. He would have been able to get a new job in Greenock, Reading and Edinburgh in the United Kingdom The local authorities refused against national and international law to provide the needed support to relocate and to get these new jobs.

Since then Bruno Schillinger is mistreated in many ways. The inhumane suffering of the young and disabled man is beyond description. Bruno Schillinger as a peaceful social activist and dissident is in urgent need of medical health care because of a serious skin disease (no daylight), diabetes and failure of his kidneys caused by this torture.

The authorities in Germany refused to provide medical health care for a disabled man which wants to relocate for working and which is willing to leave Germany as soon as possible.

Bruno Schillinger and his supporters are concerned about the possible mistreatment by the German Government leaders which may could lead to the result to break the free will of the social activist which is engaged with his efforts in national and international campaigns for human rights, social security, peace and justice since about five years.

Article 25 of the universal valid declaration of the HUMAN RIGHTS proclaimed in 1948 by the United Nations in New York City in the United States of America (U.S.A.) assures to every man and woman the right of social security and medical health care. The friends and supporters of Bruno Schillinger and Bruno Schillinger himself wrote to almost all German government leaders, such as the German chancellor Mrs. Dr. Angela Merkel, the leader of the opposition as known as the Social Democratic Party (SPD), Mr. Sigmar Gabriel and the other party leaders. In a shameful and hurting way the German government leaders have failed to act in the right manner and to end discrimination of a disabled social activist and dissident. The German Government leaders should have taken action to end the torture by German local authorities in the area of the city of Freiburg in Germany. For yet not known reasons the German government leaders have failed to help a dissident, political social activist and to end torture and mistreatment of a peaceful social activist which is in need of some support. Further examples for his mistreatment, deprivation of the right of decision, illegal arrest and abandonment (8 miles walk without food, water, diabetes medicine 2008), general refusal of food, diabetes medicine (2009). We all know this shameful methods against people.

Article 25

1. Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.

2. Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.

Social security and medical health care are fundamental and elementary rights in any vital democracy and a responsible society. We are gravely concerned about the refusal of these basic rights for a social activist and dissident in the country of Germany.

In the light of these concerns we hereby call the international society and all those which are engaged in the efforts to strengthen the Human Rights for all people to write to the German Government leaders a message of support to end the torture and mistreatment of Mr. Bruno Schillinger and we hereby do call for an international investigation of the circumstances which have lead to inhumane, degrading treatment and torture of Mr. Bruno Schillinger.

For those which want to make a donation to Mr. Bruno Schillinger please feel free to write a message to email: subject „safob“. You can reach Bruno Schillinger also by phone at 0049 7665 930 450 in the country of Germany.

No one shall be subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
